Since 1976 I have been fascinated by nature printing; the art of taking an impression from natural objects, such as fish, leaves, flowers, and shells. Whether I'm in Oregon, Florida, or Hawai'i, I take inspiration from the flora and sealife around me. I am able to utilize the textures, designs, and features to create unique nature-printed images that showcase the detailed beauty of nature. My specialty is gyotaku, Japanese fish printing, which uses the actual fish to create an image.
